BACK IN NZ-holiday over

On the way to Heathrow yesterday - it made me realise how much of London we are yet to see..... have to plan another trip soon-spot the blue sky!!!!

LAST DAY and what a day!!

Picked up by car at 7:45- straight to ITV studios and experienced LIVE TV and met all the wonderful people at ITV.

Last full day in London

Day started slowly with LIVE netball- NZ got within 1 2 goals, much better outcome than last two tests!!

Then a wander down Brick Lane to check out leather jackets and admire the street art work

 and to meet the lovely Fiona for a coffee at All Press Coffee- NZ company in London. Lovely offee, lovely company!!!

 Then went on a river cruise down and up the Thames- still blue sky but a breeze and a nip in the air.

Now watching the World Gymnastic Championships then 'In Bruges' the movie- eating Chinese Take-aways enjoying our last night with Dan in London.

Shopping and James Taylor at the Royal Albert Hall

Great day! Morning walk with Dan around Wapping and then a tube ride to Stratford- Olympic Stadium shopping mall.

Then off to James Taylor in the Royal Albert Hall!

Aday of enforced rest

Gutted!! No voice.... cough... throat... waved goodbye to Dan and John to see Aunty Cecelia- worried about her catching the bug and me wasting myself for the last 3 days in London. So have got to know Dirk a bit better

 watched news and movies- SOOOOOO many to choose from

soak in the bath and even catching up on some reading writing and emails!!!

Dan and John caught up with Aunty Cecelia, cousin Gerard and Sam and their dear wee boyJosh.
